So far, the big Article that you might care about was the posting and raising of existing fees.  

I noted in speaker's comments that we should be charging for library overdue fees - we abolished those about 15 years ago, for some poor reason about it shaming some library users.  I also started that the Town should ensure it charges high enough fees when developers remove mature trees.  Sometimes the Town has not gone after all the tree loss that developers cause.
